Modernization Plan
We are excited to share that the modernization of our golf club will be supported by the development of 316 new apartments and a new park along Pruneridge Avenue, addressing the pressing need for more homes and public open space in our area. This project includes a significant portion of affordable housing, essential for maintaining the vitality of our neighborhood. The Journey of Planning The Greens at Pruneridge
Preliminary applications were submitted to the City in May 2024. Based on community feedback and feasibility studies, Demmon Partners has reimagined the property with a bold new vision. Santa Clara’s review process, expected through early 2026, includes a CEQA environmental study and opportunities for community input.
